The current public register contains no certificate records marked recalled. This is not a substitute for checking the specific lot in your possession.

Verify your lot

Check the product in your possession

Compare the product name, strength, lot number, and certificate number on the label and order documentation with the live verification record. Similar product names or strengths do not mean the notice applies.

Use the exact identifier

Enter the certificate number when available. If it is not available, enter the complete lot number exactly as printed. A missing or mismatched record should be escalated to support rather than treated as a release decision.

What public status labels mean

  • Released: The published certificate record is the current released record for that lot. Review the complete document and fingerprint rather than relying on the label alone.
  • Superseded: A newer record replaces this version. Follow the current record linked from the verification result.
  • Recalled: Stop using the identified lot, preserve it and its records, and follow the instructions in the notice.
  • Not found or incomplete: No public match is not proof of release or authenticity. Confirm the identifier and contact support for a documented review.

If a notice matches your lot

  • Stop and segregate: Do not use or distribute the identified material. Separate it from released inventory and prevent further access.
  • Preserve evidence: Keep the container, label, packaging, order details, certificate, photographs, and relevant handling or storage records.
  • Follow the published instructions: Use the notice record and direct communications from RetaGrade for the affected lot. Do not infer instructions from a different product or lot.
  • Escalate exposures or emergencies: Follow the current SDS and your facility emergency plan, and contact the appropriate emergency or poison-control authority when immediate assistance is needed.

Report a product or record concern

Contact RetaGrade with the order number, product name, lot and certificate numbers, a clear description, dates, condition information, and photographs. Preserve the material and packaging until you receive documented instructions.
