Accessibility Statement

We aim to provide an experience that supports keyboard navigation, readable structure, meaningful labels, sufficient contrast, adaptable layouts, and assistive-technology use across desktop and mobile views. Accessibility is considered in design, content, development, and ongoing maintenance.

Our current target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. This statement describes our direction and current limitations; it is not a certification that every page or document fully conforms.

New and revised features are reviewed for semantic structure, focus behavior, keyboard access, responsive reflow, visible states, and understandable instructions. Formal testing and user feedback may identify additional improvements.

• Semantic structure: Use headings, landmarks, lists, tables, labels, and native controls that communicate their purpose.
• Keyboard and focus: Design interactive elements to be reachable without a pointing device and to show a visible focus state.
• Responsive presentation: Support reflow and readable content across common mobile, tablet, and desktop dimensions.
• Text alternatives: Provide meaningful alternative text where an image carries information and avoid redundant descriptions for decorative media.
• Plain-language support: Keep instructions and error recovery understandable and provide a direct support route when a task cannot be completed.

• Laboratory and third-party PDFs: Some source certificates, reports, or documents supplied by third parties may have limited tagging, reading order, or screen-reader support.
• Charts and complex research visuals: Some dense visualizations may require a text explanation or alternate presentation to communicate every relationship.
• Video and external media: Some hosted or legacy media may not yet provide complete captions, transcripts, or audio description.
• Language coverage: Some supporting, policy, account, and research pages are currently available only in English.

We prioritize barriers that prevent purchasing, batch verification, account access, order support, safety-document access, or contact with RetaGrade.

If a page, form, chart, video, or PDF is difficult to use, contact us and identify the information or task you need. When reasonably possible, we will provide the same information through an accessible document, plain-text explanation, email response, or another suitable format.

Accessibility assistance does not change product restrictions, research-use boundaries, identity verification, payment security, or other requirements that are necessary to complete a request safely.

• The task you were trying to complete.
• What happened and the format or alternative you need.
• Your browser, device, and assistive technology, if you are comfortable sharing them.
